• The customer service hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM and this is not ideal especially as betting is on 24 hours although the service from the agent was excellent and my query was resolved instantly.
• The betslip on the desktop version is not very friendly, the more selections you make the bet slip starts to block the available markets but fortunately this problem does not appear on the mobile version or on the Sunbet app.
• Sunbet can certainly look at having WhatsApp as a contact option especially after their 10PM cut off for telephonic support

Conclusion

Sunbet may not be perfect but they bring a wealth of gambling knowledge to the punter. They strengths certainly outweigh the negatives. I must say in terms of their odds, the football odds are great but they don’t offer the best odds on rugby.
